Mr. Yaser Gamaluddin Hamam graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University in 2001 and began his legal practice in the same year.
As Managing Partner of The Egyptian Law Firm, he leads the Firm’s international and business-focused practice and supervises its relationships with international clients, foreign law firms and partner offices across the Middle East and Africa.
Mr. Yaser advises companies, investors, financial institutions, export credit agencies, embassies and international law firms from Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Türkiye, China and other Asian countries.
His principal areas of practice include Foreign Investment, Corporate and Commercial Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Dispute Resolution, International Debt Recovery and Corporate Compliance.
He has played a leading role in developing the Firm’s relationships with foreign embassies and international legal organisations and in expanding its services for Chinese companies and investors in Egypt.
Mr. Yaser is admitted to plead before the Egyptian Court of Cassation. He is also a member of the Arab Lawyers Union and several international legal and professional associations.
