Mr. Islam Amin graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University in 2005 and has more than 15 years of legal experience.
His principal areas of practice include criminal and employment law.
He advises clients on employment matters and represents individuals and companies in investigations and court proceedings.

He specialises in commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and foreign investment.
He assists companies and investors with transactions, corporate procedures, and factory licenses.
He is admitted to plead before the Egyptian Appeal Court.
Dr. Ahmed Hosny graduated from the Faculty of Law at Cairo University in 2018 and holds a Ph.D. in Law.
He specialises in legal research relating to foreign investment, corporate law and the regulatory framework governing companies and business activities in Egypt.
Dr. Ahmed conducts in-depth research into legislation, regulations, judicial precedents and administrative decisions.
He assists the Firm’s lawyers in preparing legal opinions, regulatory analyses and comparative studies for complex corporate and investment matters.
Mr. Karim Hesham graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University in 2021.
